Updated 3/16/2023: Due to the weather forecast, Lees-McRae College is rescheduling No Man’s Land Film to APRIL 1ST. We are excited to show this incredible film at our new outdoor amphitheater venue at Lees-McRae College’s South Campus.
No Man’s Land Film Festival comes to Banner Elk, NC in partnership with Lees-McRae College! Join us at Lees-McRae College's new South Campus Outdoor Amphitheater for the showing of No Man's Land. We'll have firepits, so bring your camping chairs and blankets.
This event is sponsored by the Outdoor Recreation Management program at Lees-McRae College, Foscoe Fishing Company, High Country Guide Service, Beech Mountain Resort, Wittman Sports Group, Premier Sotheby's of Banner Elk, Sustainable Lawn & Landscape, Zionville Ramp Company, Headquarters Bike & Outdoors, Mountain Alliance, and North Carolina Outward Bound School.
The event is open to the public and will be held outside, so participants are encouraged to bring camping chairs or blankets and cozy up around the fire pits that will be placed in the viewing area. Tickets for the screening are on sale now, and are $10 per person for community members, and $5 per person for children and Lees-McRae students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
Members of the college and local community are encouraged to come out and enjoy an evening celebrating film, adventure, and the great outdoors surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Southern Appalachia.
