No Man's Land Film Festival - Asheville, NC

GET READY, APPALACHIA — WE’RE BRINGING THE HEAT. BROUGHT TO YOU BY RAB + GNARLY NUTRITION.

No Man’s Land Film Festival makes its grand entrance with our 1st Annual Asheville Flagship Festival on April 24. We’re talking a full-day love letter to community, climbing, storytelling, and unapologetic feminine power.

Kick things off with a Climb with Rab Athletes Meet-Up from 12:00 - 2:00 PM at Cultivate Climbing where you can pull on plastic (or just vibe), connect with the community, and maybe get beta from some seriously inspiring humans. Anna Hazlett and Karly Rager will join for this casual, fun afternoon meet-up! This meet up is free for Cultivate members + $5 for NMLFF ticket holders.

Then, join us for an evening that blends film, music, advocacy, and straight-up magic. VENUE TBA. Expect a powerful lineup of films that challenge norms and amplify voices too often left out of the mainstream. We’re bringing the energy with a live performance by indie all-star duo LVDY, plus our Women’s Athlete Panel featuring absolute powerhouses: Anna Hazlett and Karly Rager.

We’ve got tons of door swag (because you deserve nice things), giveaways + a stacked silent auction that’s better than your outdoor pro deal, and local nonprofits + artists bringing the heart of Asheville into the room. With ASL interpretation and an inclusive, community-centered atmosphere, this is a space where everyone belongs.

This is a space rooted in feminism, art, and advocacy - where stories become a form of resistance, joy is a collective act, and glitter is basically a requirement. Whether you’re here for the films, the climbing, the community, or the vibes — you’ll leave feeling lit up, filled up, and maybe a little more powerful than when you walked in.

Come for the films. Stay for the movement.

NO MAN’S LAND FILM FESTIVAL 11TH ANNUAL FLAGSHIP FESTIVAL

Flagship is not your average film festival — it’s a gathering rooted in feminism, art, advocacy, and the belief that storytelling can move culture forward. Because equity doesn’t arrive on its own. Because art is one of the most powerful tools we have to disrupt the status quo. What began as a response to erasure has grown into a global platform for women, trans, genderqueer, Black, Indigenous, and multiracial filmmakers to claim space, challenge norms, and tell the stories that matter.

No Man’s Land Film Festival proudly returns to Denver on March 7th, 2026, for its 11th Annual Flagship Festival, honoring the power of film as a force for resistance, remembrance, and reclamation. With over 25 films, live music, speakers, swag and more, we’re ready to kick off International Women’s Day weekend. Join us for eleven years of stories that refuse to be softened, sidelined, or silenced and witness what happens when women, trans, and genderqueer community take up space — and don’t ask for permission. Because representation still matters. Because community still matters. Because the work is far from done.

Join us where art meets action.
