No Man's Land Film Festival: Beyond the Send
Presented by the Bay Area Climbers Coalition
Robin Wall Kimmerer writes, "When it comes to learning reciprocity, the hands lead the heart."
Climbing communities understand this well. We learn trust by catching one another's falls. We learn stewardship by caring for the places we climb. We learn belonging by showing up, sharing knowledge, lending a hand, and building community together. Through these small acts, we create safer, more welcoming, and more resilient outdoor spaces.
Join the Bay Area Climbers Coalition for a No Man's Land Film Festival Screening. Featured films showcase conservation through the lens of community and their influence on our relationship with the outdoors. From conservation crews transforming lives through shared work, to Indigenous leaders reconnecting communities to the land, to mountain guides witnessing climate change firsthand, these stories reveal how people come together to navigate challenge, build resilience, and create positive change.
