With over 100 members each year, the Outdoors Club at Pitt seek to foster the outdoorsy community of the University of Pittsburgh - this amazing club organizes a budget from the University to run day and overnight trips for activities such as hiking, backpacking, climbing, biking, rafting, kayaking, slacklining, caving, and more. Their goal is to make the outdoors accessible and inclusive, even to an urban college campus.
This year, No Man's Land Film Festival is proud to return to Pittsburgh in partnership with the Outdoors Club at Pitt! This event will have tablers from local outdoorsy orgs, and a basket raffle for charity- proceeds will go to SWPACC, the Southwestern PA Climber's Coalition, who manages many of the public crags that our club utilizes. Outdoors Club will also distribute their own merch, and it is generally a great event to celebrate the past year of the Outdoors Club and their mission!
This is a free event. Doors will open at 1:30 p.m. and showtime begins at 2:30 p.m. Don’t sleep on this!
