Achievement First University Prep in Brooklyn, NY is an all-AP high school serving all students of color, primarily coming from low-income. The school is seven years old with 100% graduation and college acceptance rates. Achievement First University Prep’s students founded the first ever NYC high school climbing team based out of the school and additionally, is a women-led team. They lead their students by teaching them not “how to empower” but “how to use their power”.
