Luleå, Sweden might be far from our Colorado roots, but we are so thrilled to have the support of teachers and staff at Luleå Gymnasieskola, an upper secondary/high school who wishes to show young girls and boys that there are many fantastic female athletes who serve as role models. Students are between ages sixteen and nineteen years old. This event is an extension of our 2020 Flagship Festival in Denver, CO where we offered grade schools K-12 a free film screening because we believe that younger generations will benefit from the powerful message beyond these films. And don’t worry! We’ll do it all over again in March 2021.
