The Whitsunday Anglican School Parents & Friends Association is thrilled to host its first No Man's Land Film Festival screening! The event will take place on International Women’s Day, 8th March 2018, in the Pansy Wood Centre. Join us for a night of films that celebrate and redefine femininity in adventure, fabulous canapes and indulgent desserts, an engaging discussion panel, local adventure prizes, and dazzling outdoor inspired décor by Events by Ramona! This evening is guaranteed to encourage discussion about inclusivity and inspire new perspectives on the potential of women in all walks of life! Doors to the Ron Bourne Hall Foyer and Pansy Wood Centre open at the 6:00 p.m. and films begin at 6:30 p.m. Come early and enjoy a drink and canapes while connecting with fellow students, parents, and staff!
All proceeds will go to the development of greater recreational facilities for girls and boys at WAS in the crucial Middle School transitional years. While the focus is exclusively on women in adventure, male staff, students and parents are also encouraged to attend to support the women in their lives. To purchase tickets, visit the link below!
