We are thrilled that you are keen to empower and inspire audiences to un-define femininity in adventure through film. No Man's Land strives to create a history of motivating audiences to implement and inspire change. Our mission transcends the films presented; this festival acts as a platform for progressive thought and movement in the outdoor industry. You are a vital part of this movement.

Anyone can host a No Man’s Land event — here’s how:

  • SECURE A VENUE + DATE FOR YOUR EVENT. All you need is a laptop, HDMI cord, 3k projector, and audio capabilities!

  • SELECT A PRE-CURATED PROGRAM OR WORK WITH US TO CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOM LINEUP. This year, we're offering 10 unique programs curated for our World Tour: Program I-III, Climbing, Conservation, Winter, Pride, and Kids Program. All programs run roughly 90-100 minutes in total. Prioritizing accessibility, all of our programming offers closed captions. Film Packages start at $1,000.

  • UTILIZE OUR FULL SUITE OF MARKETING MATERIALS TO HELP MAKE YOUR EVENT SEAMLESS! Once we have confirmed your booking, we’ll send you a Host Agreement and invoice your team. In the meantime, we’ll provide you with: a Hosting Guide, optional panel discussion framework, website and Facebook event links, press release, custom trailer, digital posters, full program synopses, and high-resolution stills from the selected films. We offer phone + email support if you have questions or problems troubleshooting. It is up to you and your team to promote your event. We love seeing online hype and will always re-share tagged SM posts!

additional information:

  • EMCEES + PRESENTERS: No Man’s Land will provide tour hosts with guidelines and an event checklist. Hosts are responsible for providing their own person to emcee the show. For an additional charge, we can send a No Man’s Land representative to emcee your event, depending on the date.

  • SOUND + A/V CHECK: We strongly recommend that hosts test the file in the same venue you anticipate using the night of the event! Give yourself ample time to test the film file to ensure that nothing was lost in the download.

  • ACCESSIBILITY: Closed captions are optional and we charge a small fee to help our team cover the cost of labor involved. Our goal is to make all experiences as accessible as possible for all participants. Thank you for helping us do so!

  • TIMELINES: We recommend at least 2-4 weeks between the day of booking and your actual event date to ensure you have enough time to advertise your event! Our turnaround time for getting you event materials is between 24-48 hours, but you will want a minimum of 2 weeks to promote your event within your community.
