Adventure Crew and Red River Gorge Climbers' Coalition (RRGCC) are teaming up to bring the premier all-women adventure film festival to Cincinnati! Join us for the No Man's Land Film Festival on Thursday, February 29 at MadTree Brewing, 3301 Madison Road in Oakley. This fun, inspiring evening will kick off with social time from 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., with films beginning at 7:00 p.m. Films will focus on a range of outdoor themes, from climbing to winter sports to conservation.
Based in Denver, Colorado, the film festival has reached audiences in nearly every U.S. state and abroad. “No Man’s Land” celebrates the full breadth of women and gender-nonconforming athletes, creatives, storytellers and adventurers. Its mission is to "un-define feminine" in adventure, sport and film.
All proceeds from the event will be split between the two presenting nonprofits: Adventure Crew, whose mission is to connect city teens to nature and each other through engaging outdoor adventures; and RRGCC, which is dedicated to securing and protecting open, public access to rock climbing in the Red River Gorge area of Kentucky and promoting conservation of the environment on the lands where they climb.
Tickets, $22, are now on sale; admission includes film viewing and movie snacks. A cash bar will be available. See you soon, Cincinnati!
